At T’s Armoire, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.

Exchange Period

Our exchange policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges after this period.

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Products damaged by the customer are not eligible for exchange.

  • Sale items are not eligible for exchange.

Defective or Damaged Items

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

  • Please do not send items back without prior confirmation.

  • Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your exchange.

  • If approved, your exchange will be processed promptly.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the returned item is received.

  • If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
